Our relationships
with local governments have been strong
since we first began representing governments and municipalities in 1970. Glenn, Feldmann, Darby & Goodlatte has represented towns, counties, public service authorities, local government commissions, school boards, and local constitutional officers. Our representation has ranged from full service in all matters to specialized help on specific issues such as bond financing. We have assisted regular city or county attorneys in litigation matters as diverse as communication tower sitings, to insurance coverage, to deprivation of constitutional rights and qualified immunity.
