People who think that law is...
A student of emerging technologies and business trends, David’s practice emphasizes the needs of the New Economy: Business, computer and technology law as well as commercial litigation. David is a member of the American Bar Association’s Science and Technology Section, the Computer Law Association, and the New Century Technology Council. However, David’s practice is not limited to cutting-edge pursuits. In fact, his experience in business law ranges from real estate matters to employment disputes. David enjoys working closely with his clients to help them successfully grow their companies while navigating the risks inherent in today’s business environment. He also serves as an adjunct professor of Business Law for Mary Baldwin College.

David received his B.A. degree from the University of Virginia in 1990 and his law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in 1993. He was admitted to practice in Virginia the same year. In addition to his involvement with business and technology-oriented groups, he is active in community and arts organizations. David serves as an officer and member of the Boards of several community civic and religious organizations.
