Admitted to practice in 1973, Claude brings
a depth of experience and learning to his practice which focuses primarily on employment law, both counseling and litigation , allowing him to assist businesses and their employees in a wide variety of workplace legal matters. But his interests are diverse, and as proof, note that Claude is a member of not just the employment law sections of the Virginia and American Bar Associations, but also their environmental sections.
Claude received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Yale University in 1964 and 1965, respectively, and his law degree from the University of Virginia in 1973. He is a member of the Roanoke, Virginia, and American Bar Associations, and a member and past director of the Roanoke Valley Society for Human Resource Management. Claude has also served as a member of the Legal Aid Society and as a director of the Roanoke Bar Association.
