Glenn, Feldmann, Darby & Goodlatte

During this time, he’s learned nothing more important than the value of learning itself. This is probably why he remains such an active member of the academic community. In addition to his work in business and corporate law, he has found time to serve as a member of the Radford University Board of Visitors, as well as being Rector from 1975 to 1979. He has also taken this dedication to the state level, serving as a member of the State Council of Higher Education and the Virginia Foundation for the Humanities. This, on top of sharing his wealth of experience with his colleagues at Glenn, Feldmann, Darby & Goodlatte.

Bob received his B.S. degree cum laude in 1951, received his law degree cum laude from Washington & Lee University in 1953, and was admitted to practice in 1952. He is a permanent member of the Fourth Circuit Judicial Conference and a member of the Roanoke, Virginia, and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Virginia Board of Bar Examiners, which he has served as president since 1993. He was president of the Roanoke Bar Association in 1980 and the Roanoke Regional Chamber of Commerce in 1988. Bob is currently of counsel to the firm.
