• Mark Feldmann has represented many businesses in complex Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases. In addition, Mark has represented both large and small companies, as well as individuals, in major collection litigation in both state and federal courts.
• Robert Ziogas is an experienced litigator. Bob has assisted clients enforce their rights to payment in state and federal courts as well as bankruptcy court, including proceedings for the enforcement of mechanics liens, and secured and unsecured creditor rights.
• Phillip Lingafelt served as a Law Clerk in the United States District Court for the Honorable James C. Turk and the Honorable Glen E. Conrad of the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia. Phillip has concentrated the majority of his practice on creditor’s rights and litigation, including bankruptcy law, procedures, and filings, and complex Chapter 11 proceedings.
