As an experienced litigator and advocate, Bob uses his considerable knowledge and experience to guide the firm’s clients through the litigation maze to a successful destination. He has successfully litigated insurance, toxic tort, construction, business and personal injury, defamation and various other civil suits in state and federal courts throughout Virginia. Bob has advised owners, developers, contractors, subcontractors, and other construction clients on how to prepare for and respond to the challenges that come with undertaking large construction projects. He has also guided and represented clients involved in commercial disputes in alternate dispute resolution proceedings before arbitrators and mediators. In addition to his principle litigation practice, Bob routinely devotes a portion of his practice to providing corporate and business advice to clients geared to organizing and operating their business in a successful manner and avoiding the pitfalls that can lead them to costly and disruptive litigation.
