Phillip draws upon his diverse experience to help his clients protect their interests and assets. Since being admitted to the Virginia Bar in 1998 and North Carolina Bar in 1989, Phillip has focused his practice on civil litigation and creditor’s rights. An experienced bankruptcy attorney and an accomplished litigator, Phillip has almost twenty years of experience in helping corporate clients deal with debtors seeking to restructure their debts, preserve their assets, and recover outstanding judgment and payment obligations. Phillip has ensured that many regional corporate leaders and national corporations doing business in the Roanoke Valley prevailed in scores of contractual and property disputes.
