As an experienced civil and criminal litigator, Paul works hard to preserve and protect the rights of clients. He has repeatedly been named to Virginia Business Magazine’s “Legal Elite” and voted a “Virginia Super Lawyer” by other members of the legal community. Paul also is included in the 2009 edition of Best Lawyers in America in the field of commercial litigation. Paul has argued cases before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, the Supreme Court of Virginia, the Virginia Court of Appeals, and the Tennessee Supreme Court. He has written several law review articles and continuing legal education outlines on employment law in Virginia. While he represents employers in many instances, Paul often represents employees in Federal and State employment litigation.
