For over ten years, Jeremy has advised and represented commercial and municipal clients confronted with complex legal challenges. With a focus on employment and local government law, Jeremy assists his clients on issues ranging from contract negotiation to litigation. Whether he is drafting employment policies and procedures, advising on compliance with procurement laws, or defending his clients in court, Jeremy brings his knowledge of developing trends in these fields of the law to bear on his clients’ behalf. Jeremy has extensive experience litigating in both state and federal courts and in arbitration and administrative hearings. As counsel for a variety of localities, school divisions, political subdivisions, and corporations, Jeremy has proven himself to be a devoted and effective advocate for a diverse range of clients.
